Group Bookings for organisations

Groups booking will need to follow their own risk management as well as ours. It is important the organiser follows the procedure outlined. 

1) Email, telephone or visit the pool to discuss your booking. 

2) Complete a booking form and submit it back to Gin Gin Swimming Pool to confirm your booking

3) Arrive in time to make sure your event is well organised and runs smoothly. All your guests will need to sign in and sign out. 

Please note, exclusive use of facilities are extremely limited, especially during peak periods such as weekends and school holidays.  Please book ahead to avoid disappointment. 

Private Hire of Complex

Private hire of the complex is generally reserved for large groups (over 50 people) and is very limited on availability. We recommended booking in well in advance to avoid disappointment. When calculating the cost of private hire please ensure all aspects are covered: 

Complex hire: $85 per hour
Pool entry prices: Standard pool entry prices still apply.
Lifeguard costs: $51.00 per lifeguard per hour. Extra lifeguard for each 50 people.
